This New Year

This New Year

In all honesty, I don’t know what resolutions I want to work towards this new year. I do know, this JANUARY 1, 2013, that I wanted to get a blog post up today. It’s the 1st! It’s 2013!!!

I want to embrace any opportunities that come my way to make my life more enriched. I want to spend as much time with as much of my family as I can. 2012 had a lot of loss and was filled stressful situations, & I just want to live 2013 to the fullest I know how with those that I love most. I also know I want to continue a few of the things started last year: I’ll keep recording for Project Life, keep volunteering for Adopt-A-Dog, keep getting myself in a few more photos in my life, & basically try to keep working on me for 2013.

Simple goals this year I guess. Nothing truly formal. No expectations to meet. But I want to hit the end of 2013 & be happy with the way I will have lived this year.

As for how I’m starting it off? Hanging out with my cousins, (Hanna, Savanna, & Kenny), & continuing my tradition of the last couple years to photograph Hanna & Savanna at the start of the New Year. So I’ll leave you with a look at that!
