Stop & Scrap With Templates

After an afternoon photoshoot earlier today I decided to take some time for me & play in Photoshop. I haven’t scrapped much at all in 2013, (at least for me it’s not much scrapping compared to past years), so I set a small goal to get SOMETHING created today.
First I decided I was going to focus on ONE design so I wouldn’t get distracted with too many choices & options. For today I picked One Little Bird Designs. After that I went hunting for templates. I have a file folder of nearly 500 templates on my computer, so I just looked through that & picked out 10 that I thought would work well with Peppermint’s designs & that inspired me. I copied these 10 templates into a separate folder to pick from as I was scrapping.
My goal was 10 pages. With 1 designer. With 10 templates for simplicity & to minimize options.
Below is a look at the folder of the templates I used & my resulting pages.
And here are the larger versions of all the pages I made today & I’m going to link them to the One Little Bird blog posts about each kit in case you want to find these designs or more inspiration using the same digital scrapbooking kits:

Maybe this wasn’t a completely productive use of my time today, but it was cathartic to finally make time for some scraping. Plus a few of these pages used older photos, so it was fun getting to relive those memories.
Happy Scrapping!
